a) |
If German armed forces are attacked while in neutral territorial water, the attack is to be resisted by every means available; the same holds good if the attack is pursued outside the territorial waters. |

If enemy submarines are detected in Swedish territorial waters they are to be ruthlessly attacked, with full exercise of armed force, even if they have not yet proceeded to the attack, since it may be taken for granted that they have been searching the said waters for the express purpose of conducting attacks therefrom. |
