          Equipment listed is as follows:  
 
2 signal searchlights (one hand type)
1 Morse lamp (fitted on the marker buoy, and not installed during the war)
Signal and semaphore flags
Star signal pistol
Pyrotechnics
 
          The signal searchlights are discussed in detail in the S66 section of the report.  Both operate on 24 volts.  
          The signal flags do not comprise an entire set, but are limited to a few special flags.  Those found consist of:  
 
1 international signal flag "Able"
1 international signal flag "Oboe"
1 international signal flag "Jig"
1 international signal flag "Queen"
1 "Turn" pennant
1 pair semaphore flags (white square on a red field)
1 unidentified flag with blue diagonal strike on red field (size of signal flag)
1 unidentified flag with green and white triangle (size of hand signal flag)
 
          One single barreled and one double barreled signal pistol is located in the conning tower.  Ammunition listed in the general information book consists of:  
 
40 red cartridges
60 green    "
80 white    "
 
          The character of the pyrotechnics is unknown.  Eight pieces are listed, with their firing units.  
          Ten ESN cartridges (character unknown) are also listed.
