  From 1st point in an arc to the NW on courses 273°, 300°, 310°, 330°, 340°, 250°, 0°, 0°, 0°.  9 mines deployed at intervals of 500 meters.
   
3.) Location of the mines in 33 meters, 32 meters, 30 meters, 30 meters, 28 meters, 28 meters, 26 meters, 26 meters, 24 meters (sounded depths).
  Depth calculation:  Low water for Cromarty = 10.44 hours.
                               Level over chart null       = +1.3 meters.
   
4.) All information is accurate.
   
5.) Mine deployment was not observed by the enemy.  There is no evidence that mine deployment was observed by the enemy.
